Alexander Voschinsky is an immigration attorney at ​Immigrant Rep, Inc.®, and has worked on H, O, P, and U visas as well as PERMs, Green Card applications, and removal proceedings. Mr. Voschinsky is a graduate of Pepperdine University School of Law, where he helped people fleeing from persecution in their countries of origin at the school’s Asylum Law Clinic. He is passionate about protecting the rights of people who find themselves in removal proceedings and representing clients seeking to immigrate to the United States or to obtain temporary visas.
