INTRODUCTION TO U.S. IMMIGRATION LAW
In this lecture, we give undergraduate students an overview of United States immigration law. We have given this lecture for four years in a row (and counting), and it has turned into one of our most popular lectures. In part because of this lecture, some future lawyers have gone on to either practice immigration law or even when they have pursued other areas of law, they have often used what they learned in this lecture to properly advise their clients about potential immigration consequences of certain legal actions.
Many other students have themselves been immigrants or relatives of immigrants, and the information from this lecture has helped them make informed decisions about their immigration cases.
